Testimonials

What our clients are saying.

From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, hear how Ashland Auctions helped people navigate the process with confidence.

“

Ashland made my first auction feel approachable. They walked me through every step, from registration to closing — even the paperwork I was dreading.

Marcus Johnson
First-time buyer · Baltimore, MD
“

After my mother's estate went into probate, Ashland handled the auction with care and professionalism. We closed in 38 days at a price that exceeded our reserve.

Elena Martinez
Estate seller · Bethesda, MD
“

I've placed buyers in seven Ashland properties over the past three years. Their team picks up the phone, answers honestly, and treats agents as partners — not competition.

David Chen
Real estate agent · Philadelphia, PA
“

The financing options were what sold me. I didn't think I could buy at auction without 100% cash — Ashland connected me with a lender and made the impossible feel routine.

All questions

Frequently asked questions.

Common questions about how Ashland auctions work — from registration to closing. Don't see your question? Our team picks up the phone.

How can I view a property I'm interested in?
Most of our properties are available for inspection before the auction. You can request a lockbox code through your account, or schedule a guided showing with our team. We strongly encourage every buyer to inspect in person before bidding.
Can I get financing for an auction purchase?
Yes. While our contracts don't include a financing contingency, we connect buyers with owner-financing options, our in-house lending partners, and conventional lenders who work with auction properties.
Is there a fee to register or bid?
Registration is free. We place a temporary credit card authorization to verify serious bidders — typically around $2,000 — which is released after the auction ends if you don't win.
How long does it take to close after winning?
Winning bidders sign a contract within 24 hours and submit a deposit, typically 10% of the purchase price. Closing then happens through a title company on a standard 30–45 day timeline.
Do you offer 24-hour customer support?
Our team responds to messages and calls during extended business hours, seven days a week. For urgent auction-day issues, we maintain a direct line for active bidders that's monitored around the clock during live auctions.
